MENTAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING TO BUILD GROUNDED, RESILIENT, UNSHAKABLE TEAMS FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

“This gave me tools to get myself out of that bubble - mentally and emotionally. That changed everything.”

Amirah, Levels of Mental Performance Athlete

The Levels of Mental Performance is a 7-week course that teaches athletes how to regulate pressure, sharpen focus, and lead from within. It’s not a motivational speech. It’s a system - rooted in practical skills, emotional language, and repeatable habits.

Every week builds a new layer of internal strength. Every step syncs with the rhythm of a real season.

No fluff. No overwhelm. Just the tools your team actually needs.

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

“More athletes should do this. The more you do it, the more you see a difference - not just in how you play, but in how you think, how you act around people, how you carry yourself.”

You’ve trained the body. This trains the mind.

Sometimes athletes think they can just ease up during the training process and their work is done. The truth is, the work is just beginning.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

As a former Division I Collegiate Athlete and Captain, I know what it’s like to compete in high-pressure situations. I know what athletes are going through.

I also know that the answers to most challenges lie within them. I know that there is a way to quiet the inner critic and compete in a state of flow - allowing them to perform at a level beyond what you might have previously thought to be imaginable.

Each week of the course comes with its own dedicated digital video. It is recommended that athletes watch each week’s video before completing the workbook pages.

I’ve created a workbook to guide you through each week of the program. The workbook is available to download and can be printed or used as a companion to a notebook or journal.
